This hotel is in a prime location just minutes from the fine Old Town. I loved the variety at breakfast. There were so many tasty options like pancakes and fresh fruits. Having a water fountain on each floor was a thoughtful touch, especially with kids around. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with a memory foam mattress, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The staff, particularly at the reception, were friendly and quick to assist with any requests, like helping us navigate the local transport. The sofa bed could use a thorough clean, as it felt a bit worn. The breakfast menu remained unchanged throughout our stay, which might bore those who prefer more variety. Minor issues, but overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely on my list for future visits.

The hotel has a central location, easy access to attractions.
The room had only one available power outlet, made charging devices a hassle. The air vent in the bathroom was quite noisy, which disrupted the peace . The bed was not very comfortable, and I found the bathroom amenities to be lacking in quality.

My kids wished for a bit more variety during breakfast. Offering more vegetarian options would really help families like ours.

The central location, within 2 minutes walk from the main street of Gdansk, with all of the shopping and restaurants is the hotel's biggest advantage. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
It was difficult to get the attention of the bar staff and they seemed to deliberately ignore guests. As bar prices were over double those of other local bars, the bar was just a large empty area. It would be a good idea to extend the range of the Wi-Fi, as wireless internet reception was only available in the reception area.

The location was just perfect, being only a 5-minute walk to the canals while still being in a quiet area. Our Executive Room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the breakfast offered a good variety, especially the fresh fruits and waffles that my kids loved!
The only downside was the mattress, softer than we preferred.
